Continental Made Me Pay for Faulty Ecocontact 6 Tires

My 2023 model Focus came with Continental Ecocontact 6 tires. I noticed a tearing issue and reported it to the Continental dealer in Keskin. They told me that two of the tires would be replaced under the goodwill warranty, but I would still have to purchase both tires myself. I was shocked to hear that, especially since the issue was clearly a manufacturing defect. They quoted ₺5,750 per tire, even though the same tires are sold at other dealers for ₺3,500. I asked if they could match the lower price or offer a discount, but they refused. When I contacted customer service to report the situation, they showed no interest. They said they would get back to me, but I never received any follow-up.
