Audi 2023 Vehicle Tire Issue Ignored by Dealership and Bridgestone

My 2023 Audi, still under warranty, came with Bridgestone tires, and one developed a balloon defect. When I contacted the Mersin Aldo Audi dealership, where I purchased the car, they dismissed my complaint, telling me to contact Bridgestone directly. Despite buying the car and its tires from their dealership, they refused to assist.

I then contacted Bridgestone, but the process was frustrating and unhelpful. It took me three weeks just to submit an initial claim, and their response was a quick rejection, blaming user error. This feels like an intentional effort to deny my rightful claim. Both Audi and Bridgestone failed to address this defect and made the resolution process unnecessarily difficult. I demand immediate action and resolution.
