
A disaster I bought a Citroen c4 vehicle on 31.08.2023. I had a minor accident on 09.09.2023. On 12.09.2023, I took my vehicle to Öztek Oto, which is the Citroen authorized service in Kartal. The service examined my vehicle, checked the parts and stated that all parts were in Izmir within 15 days. They stated that they would repair my vehicle and return it. The service opened the damage file exactly one week later, on 18.09.2023. They said that they could not get the password due to a problem between them and the insurance company. Therefore, the delivery of the vehicle was delayed by a week. In our subsequent meetings, the delivery was always postponed. The last thing was that the vehicle did not have a hood. They said it would come from abroad and I contacted customer service many times in 20 days to have the hood brought. They did not give me a replacement vehicle. In our meeting last week, they said they would deliver the vehicle this week, in our meeting today, they said that the headlights did not fit and that they were waiting for headlights and postponed the delivery for another week. Citroen customer service does not say they will return and does not return, Öztek blames Citroen. In the meantime, I was a victim and I have been waiting for my vehicle to be delivered for two months.

As of 13.11.2023, I was informed by the service that the headlight, which was checked for the second time, was found to be broken. In my conversation with Citroen Customer Service today, they said they were waiting for information from abroad for the headlight, as it was not in stock domestically. This period could extend up to 45 days, and after the part arrives, there will be 5 days of work at the service, making a total of 50 days. It's like a joke. Citroen is a disaster, disaster, disaster. I will sell my car as soon as I get it back.

If I said it's like a joke, it wouldn't be a joke. You pay a lot of money to buy a car, or rather you think you are buying a car, but actually, I got a problem without knowing it. Today, a new headlight arrived, but it is also broken... And it's been 75 days, and I am still waiting. Thanks to Ms. M***, she is trying and finding the part, but unfortunately, the result is the same, broken again and again. Big Citroen, it's been 75 days, and they still can't put a headlight on and give me my car. Shame on them...
