Coldwell Banker's Lack of Coordination and Non-Corporate Behaviors
None of the Coldwell Banker Elit Gayrimenkul Ankara real estate agents are aware of each other. When we saw the advertisement and called about the house we liked four days ago, the gentleman in charge said he was going abroad for three days and would show it to us when he returned. When we texted and called his cell phone three days later, no one answered. When we called the office the next day, we were told that he had not yet returned from his trip abroad, and that the house had been shown to someone else and a deposit had been taken. Despite our prior contact, the deposit was taken without our knowledge, and there is no coordination between the agents. Despite the fact that they say to contact the interested real estate agent, the house was shown to someone else and a deposit was taken. Although the person dealing with the house is aware of the situation, it tarnishes Coldwell Banker's corporate identity. When we want to rent a house again through the Coldwell Banker Elit Gayrimenkul Ankara office, I believe we should call all of the agents and inform them that we will rent the house and instruct them not to show it to anyone else without first informing us, because they cannot coordinate among themselves and show the promised house to someone else, take a deposit, and act as if you do not exist.
