Unpleasant Experience with Coldwell Banker

On July 14, 2023, I had the chance to meet Esma at the Coldwell Banker Kalkan office while searching for a rental apartment in the area. She invited my spouse and me to her office and, after a brief meeting, we set out to visit some pre-planned properties using my car. Unfortunately, none of the properties she showed us met our expectations, and they were the same ones I had previously disliked on the Sahibinden website. I even mentioned that I had contacted one of the owners and expressed my disinterest, but we still visited the property. It was evident that the properties were shown without the owner's consent. Later, while looking at one property, another person informed us that it was for rent. We decided to continue without Esma and eventually rented a different property. On July 17, 2023, I received a call from the owner of Coldwell Banker Kalkan, who chose to remain anonymous as "Gizem." She insisted that they were instrumental in finding the property and demanded a service fee. I explained that we had found the property ourselves and were not willing to pay the fee. Her response was unprofessional and disrespectful, which left me deeply disappointed. We never expected the reputable brand of Coldwell Banker to be associated with such unprofessionalism, and this unfortunate experience has left us saddened and dissatisfied.
