I Face Unauthorized ₺630 Charge From Claritycheck App Without Any Subscription

This morning at 03:34, I noticed an unauthorized charge of ₺630 withdrawn from my bank account by the Claritycheck app. What makes this situation even more frustrating is that I have never subscribed to this app, never signed up for any service, and was not even aware of its existence until I saw this charge.

I do not understand how it is possible for a company to pull money from an account without any consent, confirmation, or subscription agreement. There was no prior email, notification, or approval request before the withdrawal was made. This is a clear case of unauthorized billing and raises serious concerns about data security and consumer rights.

I demand an immediate refund of the ₺630 that was taken from my account without my knowledge. I also expect the company to permanently remove my details from their system and confirm in writing that no further unauthorized charges will occur.

If Claritycheck does not resolve this issue promptly, I will escalate the matter to my bank through a chargeback request and report it to relevant consumer protection authorities. This situation must be addressed urgently, and the withdrawn funds must be returned right away.
