Can’t Access or Remove My Claritycheck EU Account Because of Email Error

I want to delete my membership on the Claritycheck EU platform, but the email address linked to my account was entered incorrectly, so I cannot receive password reset or verification codes. This issue has been ongoing since I created the account, and as a result, I haven’t been able to access it at all. My username is S**** N**, and the incorrect email address registered on my account is t**********@gmail.com.
I have not yet contacted customer service about this issue. Although my account currently has no balance and no payments have been charged so far, I keep receiving constant notifications and am worried that money might be withdrawn from my account in the future.
I request the permanent deletion of my account and confirmation that no charges will be made under my name. I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this issue.
