My Disappointment with Citroen C3 Purchase
I bought a Citroen C3 1.2 feel, or so I thought, as it has yet to arrive. Although it will most likely arrive tomorrow, I paid for the car on June 19, and they promised delivery in the first week of July. But tomorrow is August 1st. As a gesture of goodwill, they offered a year of full maintenance as compensation. When I called today, they broke their promise, saying they could only provide one maintenance service. They kept me waiting for months, broke their word, and now claim there is nothing else they can do. I'm sorry I made that choice. Such brand behavior irritates everyone. I truly feel duped and overwhelmed by mixed emotions.
