Citroen C4x Shine Bold Delivery Failure
15 days ago, I purchased a brand new Citroen C4x Shine Bold from a Duzce Citroen dealership. We agreed on a delivery date of the first week of November. I was told that the car had arrived in Turkey a week ago, but despite numerous calls, Citroen customer service has kept me waiting for further updates with cliché updates. I asked for a replacement vehicle, but they refused. They keep coming up with different excuses. I did not take out a loan; instead, I paid the entire amount, 1,300,000 TL, 15 days ago. If that money had been kept in a bank, it would have earned at least 30,000 TL in interest. I'm being harmed both financially and emotionally. They're constantly stalling, dragging things out without a resolution. Customer service is completely useless. I explained that I require this vehicle to transport my child to school because public transportation is inconvenient, but my situation has received no attention. If my complaint is not resolved through this channel, or if a replacement car is not provided until the actual one arrives, I want you to know that I will cancel the purchase.
