Citroen C3 Defective Commodity

I can't believe the ordeal I've been through with Citroen! In May 2023, I made the payment for a Citroen C3 Shine, and on June 14, 2023, the car finally arrived at the dealership from customs. However, since the dealership and I were in different cities, they sent me photos of the vehicle indicating that there was some damage (like scratches or paint splatters) during transportation. Immediately on June 14, 2023, I contacted Citroen customer service, requesting either a new car or compensation for the defective vehicle. But to my shock, on June 21, 2023, they called me only to reject my claim. This is outrageous! I refuse to accept their denial. I'm taking legal action against Citroen for their negligence and breach of contract. They will be held accountable for their actions!
