Problems with Citroen's Customer Service and Delayed Shipments

I paid for my Citroen C4 about two months ago, with the promise of delivery within 10-15 days. However, my car has yet to be located. Despite numerous phone calls, I have yet to receive a satisfactory response. What happened to my car? Despite repeated inquiries, Citroen officials continue to provide ambiguous responses about software updates. Neither the Erdemir dealership nor the headquarters appear to be acting. This situation is very frustrating to me. It's been a torturous wait, and the lack of transparency is intolerable. I expected better service from Citroen, especially since I had paid in full. My patience is running out, and I need a quick solution. It's past time for Citroen to keep its promises and deliver my car without further delay.
