My Citroen C3 Came Without Floor Mats

I bought a brand-new Citroen C3, but the official Citroen dealer didn't give me any floor mats with it. I've had the car for almost two months, and I'm still waiting for the floor mats to come. When I asked the dealer for help, they said they couldn't do anything. I called Citroen's customer service because I was upset and wanted to find a solution. They gave me the same answer as the dealer, which was not good. It's hard to understand why a car brand can't provide floor mats for a car they've sold in the past two months. This terrible lack of customer service is really sad.
