On October 19, I purchased two sippy cups without straws from the Chicco store at Maltepe Park. When I opened the first cup, my daughter couldn’t use it. To avoid keeping an unused product, I decided to return the second, unopened cup. I visited the store on October 22, but their system was down. From that day until October 24, I repeatedly visited the store, only to be told their system was still not working.
Finally, the store manager informed me that the cup couldn’t be returned or exchanged because it’s a hygiene product. This was never mentioned during the purchase or in my prior visits. Customers should be informed of such policies at the time of sale, not when requesting a return. I demand Chicco address this issue and ensure their staff communicates return policies clearly to avoid wasting customers’ time.
