I bought a Tommee Tippee sippy cup from the E Bebek store, and it not only leaks water but also emits an unpleasant odor after only two days of use. After I contacted E Bebek and sent the cup to them for examination, the customer service representative told me that it is normal for a cup to have a lingering odor if there is water residue in it. They then returned the cup to me. They claimed there was no evidence of a manufacturing flaw, so they refused to replace or refund the item under warranty terms. Because I can't use the cup right now, buying it feels like a complete waste of money. Buying it from anyone else, in my opinion, is not a good idea.
