Swarovski Store Refused Return on Unused Stilla Ring
I purchased a Stilla model ring from the Swarovski store in İstinyePark. Just two days after buying the product—and without ever using it—I went back to the store to return it. However, the store staff refused my request, saying “We do not accept returns on jewelry.” I was never informed of any return policy at the time of purchase, and there was no statement regarding returns on the receipt either.
During this process, I also contacted Swarovski customer service to request a refund for the product, for which I paid $117 USD. However, customer service stated that the 14-day return period had passed and that it was now too late. Yet when I went to the store on the second day after purchase, they rejected my return request, preventing me from exercising my legal right. Because of the store’s approach, I believe I was misled.
I request that the return of my product be accepted and that the amount I paid be refunded to me.
