Adidas Canceled My Jacket Order Without Any Warning or Explanation

I ordered the Helionic Climawarm Padded Hooded Jacket from Adidas’s official website on April 20, 2026. My order number is ATR91239589.
After waiting approximately 15 days, I discovered that my order had been canceled without any prior notification or explanation. When I contacted customer service, they were unable to provide a clear reason for the cancellation and simply stated that there was nothing they could do about it. The only communication I received was a bank notification confirming that a refund would be processed.
Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have experienced this issue with Adidas. A similar situation happened to me once before, meaning this is now the second time my order has been canceled unexpectedly. Because of these repeated problems, my trust in the brand has been seriously damaged.
Instead of arbitrarily canceling customer orders without warning, I expect Adidas to clearly explain the reason for cancellations and handle the process in a way that does not leave customers frustrated and inconvenienced. I request that this matter be reviewed carefully and that improvements be made to prevent other customers from experiencing the same issue in the future.
