Tommee Tippee Sippy Cup Has Persistent Plastic Odor, No Resolution After 3 Weeks
I purchased a Tommee Tippee sippy cup, and despite washing it multiple times, the strong plastic smell never went away. I aired it out for a few days, but the odor persisted. I took it back to the store, only to be told that due to hygiene rules, the product couldn’t be returned. I requested it be sent for inspection, but they informed me that I would need to cover the shipping cost. After reaching out to customer service, I was contacted by the store, and they agreed to send the product for inspection without charge.
It’s now been three weeks, and I still haven’t received any updates. This is a baby product, and it's unacceptable for something like this to have a strong, potentially harmful smell. I expect the inspection process to be completed promptly, and for this issue to be resolved. I cannot use such a product for my baby, and I’m requesting a solution immediately.
