I purchased a Chicco stroller to transport my baby with ease, but it has turned into a complete nightmare. The front wheels constantly jam, making it extremely difficult to use. Every outing feels like a struggle, and I fear one day the stroller will get stuck and cause us to fall. Maneuvering is nearly impossible—I’ve even accidentally steered into people because the stroller won’t turn smoothly.
What’s worse is the regret I feel for choosing this product. If I had the chance to go back, I would never have bought it. Chicco must address this issue immediately, as it compromises safety and usability. I’m extremely dissatisfied and expect a prompt resolution or replacement.
