I Need Bigo Live to Remove My Unfair Temporary Ban

I am writing regarding my Bigo Live account with the username “MB spirit” (ID: 107690O152), which was recently given a temporary ban of 368 days. This ban was applied on Sunday while I was live streaming from my Android phone. During the livestream, I mistakenly showed my young son’s face on camera. I understand that this may be against the platform rules, but it was an unintentional mistake and there was no harmful or inappropriate content involved. I am a genuine user of the platform and did not have any intention to violate Bigo Live’s community guidelines. Because of this, I find the length of the ban extremely harsh for a one-time, accidental incident involving my child. I kindly request that you review my case once more and remove this ban from my account completely so that I can continue using Bigo Live normally. I am willing to be much more careful in future streams and to fully respect all community rules and policies. I would be grateful if you could reconsider this decision and inform me of the outcome of your review.
