Unexpected Chess.com Membership Charge

Being a dedicated user of the free version on Chess.com for quite a while, I was charged ₺417 without any prior notice once the 1-week trial period concluded. My membership to Diamond was renewed without any notification. Despite canceling my membership, I was still charged, and I have not received any replies to my emails.
