I signed up for a Microsoft program with a one-month free trial, and I made sure to cancel it well before the trial period ended. Despite this, ₺4,099 was withdrawn from my bank account today without my knowledge or approval.
What’s even more frustrating is that when I check my subscriptions, there’s nothing listed. My payment methods show no saved cards, yet the money was still taken. I’ve tried calling customer support multiple times, but no one picks up, and I haven’t received any helpful response.
Microsoft, this is unacceptable. If a user cancels a free trial in time, they should not be charged—especially such a high amount. I demand an immediate refund of the ₺4,099, and I want an explanation for how my card was charged when it’s not even linked to my account anymore.
You’re promoting trust with your "free trial" offer, but taking unauthorized payments damages that trust completely.
