Picsart Charged ₺520 Despite Canceling Free Trial

I signed up for a one-week free trial with Picsart and made sure to cancel it promptly. It's been about 1–2 months since then, and to my shock, my current bill shows a charge of ₺520. I am absolutely certain that I canceled the trial and haven't even logged into the app since.

How can this happen so easily? This feels completely unfair and unacceptable. I demand a full refund for the unauthorized charge and an explanation as to why this occurred despite my cancellation. I hope no one else experiences this frustrating situation. Picsart needs to address this issue immediately and ensure proper handling of subscription cancellations.
