I recently purchased a Chery Omoda 5 Pro, but I’m already facing several frustrating issues with the vehicle that should not exist in a brand-new car.
First, the park sensors are not functioning properly—they do not give accurate feedback, which seriously affects parking safety. Second, when I switch the car into Sport mode, I don’t hear the artificial engine sound that’s supposed to accompany the feature, and no sport mode visual theme appears on the display, either.
Additionally, the car has occasionally displayed an ADS malfunction warning, which is extremely concerning for a new vehicle that I’ve barely driven. These issues are not only disappointing but also raise questions about quality control and system reliability.
I’m requesting that Chery Türkiye contact me immediately and take the necessary steps to fix these problems under warranty. I trusted this brand with my money and safety, and I now expect proper technical support and timely resolution. Please reach out as soon as possible.
