I have been experiencing a serious issue with my Chery Tiggo 8 Pro for about 3 weeks, and it has been getting worse over time. The radio does not work, the screen completely shuts off, and the speedometer and gear indicator get stuck. These problems keep recurring and are severely affecting the usability of the vehicle.
To resolve the issue, I took the car to the Eskişehir dealership, but after their inspection, they claimed no problem was detected. I also called customer service by phone, but no solution was provided. Even though my car is still under warranty, these problems continue.
I request that the problems with my vehicle, license plate 26 ANE 583, be permanently resolved and that my grievance be addressed as soon as possible.
