I Want a Refund for Unauthorized Ketogoapp Charges
On April 12, three consecutive transactions were made from my Garanti BBVA credit card without my knowledge or approval. The first charge occurred at 8:02 PM, followed by additional transactions at 8:20 PM and 8:35 PM. In total, approximately $77 in unauthorized charges appeared on my account. I did not approve any of these transactions, and none of them were made by me.
In the transaction details, the name “ketogoapp” appears as the company/application associated with these charges. When I contacted Garanti BBVA customer service, I was informed that I have the right to dispute the transactions during the current statement period, and I was also advised to contact the related company directly. However, I have been unable to find any phone number, official website, or application support service for “ketogoapp,” making it impossible for me to communicate with the company directly.
These transactions clearly occurred without my authorization and have caused serious financial frustration and concern. I have already requested a replacement card for security purposes, but I still want to continue using my card for online shopping safely in the future.
I request that Garanti BBVA cancel these unauthorized charges made through ketogoapp, refund the approximately $77 taken from my account, and provide clearer and more helpful support regarding both the security review and the dispute process related to this incident.
