Chery Omada 5 Pro Faulty Sensors and Airbag Issue Ignored by Service

In September, I purchased a Chery Omada 5 Pro, but my excitement turned to frustration when I discovered multiple issues. Since I received the car during the day, I couldn’t test the headlights and rain sensors properly at the time. Two weeks later, I noticed both components were defective and took the vehicle to the Chery Atmo authorized service center.

The response was disappointing—they told me parts were unavailable and assured me they would call when replacements arrived. It has now been 1.5 months with no updates. Reaching their service team is incredibly difficult, and when I do, they dismissively say the parts are still unavailable with no ETA.

To make matters worse, the airbag system is also faulty, adding to my safety concerns. This entire experience has reinforced the negative stereotypes about Chinese-manufactured vehicles. I demand Chery takes immediate action to resolve these issues and restore confidence in their brand.
