Ketogoapp Charged Me Extra Fees Beyond My €26 Subscription
I purchased a diet program through Ketogoapp. While using the application, I believed that the features shown inside the package were all included in the €26 fee for the 3-month plan. Based on that understanding, I clicked on various options and sections within the app. However, I later discovered that my card had been charged separately for each of those actions, even though I believed they were part of the package I had already purchased.
Because the application interface is extremely confusing and unclear, I could not understand which actions involved additional charges and which were supposedly included in the subscription. This situation has left me feeling seriously misled and regretful. Instead of paying only the expected €26 subscription fee, I realized that multiple additional amounts had also been withdrawn directly from my card without my clear awareness or informed approval.
I currently have supporting evidence for these extra charges, including account statements and screenshots showing the unauthorized or unclear payments taken from my card.
I request that my subscription be completely canceled and that all amounts charged beyond the original €26 three-month package fee be refunded to me in full. I also ask for this issue to be resolved as quickly as possible, as I believe the unclear billing structure and confusing interface caused serious financial inconvenience and customer dissatisfaction.
