Ketogo.App Continued Charging My Credit Card After Cancellation Request

Approximately 6 months ago, I registered for the Ketogo.App platform with a 3-month standard membership because my goal was to lose weight. However, instead of losing weight, I gained nearly 20 kilograms during the process. When I contacted the nutrition specialist/dietitian connected through the platform, I was told that this could supposedly happen at the beginning, that certain new foods might temporarily have the opposite effect, and that within around 2 months I would begin losing weight in a healthy way. Despite following the process, I never achieved any of the promised results.

In addition, the promised meal and diet lists were never properly sent to me, and it became almost impossible to communicate effectively with the company. Whenever I contacted the in-app online support, I was constantly redirected to different people and could never find a clear representative responsible for resolving my issue. When I finally decided to cancel my membership, they seemed to do everything possible to prevent the cancellation, repeatedly trying to convince me to stay and making the process unnecessarily difficult. I even noticed that some of the messages I had sent to the online customer representative were later altered or changed within the system.

In total, I paid approximately $157 for this service, yet not only was I dissatisfied with the experience, but it also negatively affected my health and weight. On top of that, despite my cancellation request, I noticed that another charge was taken from my credit card yesterday. Because I completely lost trust in the platform and feared additional unauthorized charges, I was forced to cancel my bank credit card entirely.

I request that my membership and payment history be reviewed retroactively, that all future charges be stopped immediately, and that the unfairly collected fees be refunded to me in full. I also want written confirmation that my membership has been permanently terminated. Due to everything I experienced during this process, I absolutely do not recommend Ketogo.App and expect my financial and customer grievance to be resolved urgently.
