Chery Tiggo 8 Has Ongoing Issues and Poor Service in Bahrain Dealership

I bought a Chery Tiggo 8 in Bahrain in September 2023, but the car came with several issues. It produced noise from the engine every time I drove and from the rooftop as well. I took it to the dealership and explained the situation, only to encounter one of the worst customer service managers I have ever dealt with. I do not understand why you keep such an unhelpful person in this position. They applied oil to the rooftop to reduce the noise and replaced the engine chair that attaches the engine to the body. While the noise stopped, the vibration remained. They told me all cars were like this and even showed me another car with the same vibration. I agreed with them at the time that they would be responsible if the vibration worsened. Now, after bringing the car for its 30,000 km service, the vibration has significantly increased. I also requested the replacement of the broken rear seat part that came with the car. They decided to keep the car for a day but only offered to drop me off without providing a ride back or a replacement car. The manager offered no solution and spoke to me in a condescending manner, saying I would have to wait until 11 for the next drop-off if I did not take the current one, all with a silly smile. At this point, all I want is for the car to be permanently fixed, replaced, or for a refund. I have already contacted the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, and consumer protection services are now involved. I hope buying this car was not the worst decision I have ever made, and I expect a proper response to my situation.
