My Tiggo 7 Pro Max Has Brake Vibration at 3K KM—Still Waiting for Parts Since February
I bought a Chery Tiggo 7 Pro Max and was actually very happy with it at first. But at just 3,000 km, I started to experience vibrations and a loud humming noise whenever I braked at speeds around 80 km/h. I figured I’d wait for the 5,000 km service, but the issue kept getting worse.
So, I scheduled an appointment and took the car to Kasapoğlu Chery Service in Bodrum. They inspected the vehicle during the routine maintenance and told me the brake discs were faulty and needed to be replaced. I was told it would be done under warranty, but the parts were not in stock and would have to be ordered from abroad. I was informed this would take about 1 to 1.5 months, and I agreed to wait.
However, it’s now April 14, and the order was supposedly placed on February 26, yet there’s still no update or delivery. How can a vehicle with only 3,000 km have brake issues this severe? And why does it take months to receive such a critical part?
Chery, this is unacceptable. You need to provide a real solution immediately. Don’t leave your customers driving with unsafe braking systems and vague promises. I’m tired of waiting—fix this now or risk losing my trust entirely.
