I own a 2023 Chery Tiggo 7 Pro, which I purchased at 14,000 km and now has 23,000 km. Since the day I bought the vehicle, I have been experiencing a serious issue: when starting the car on an incline and shifting into reverse, the transmission produces a strong jolt/jerk.
To address this, I brought the vehicle to the Atmo Ümraniye authorized service center. They told me they performed a transmission adaptation, and then returned the car to me. However, the very next day I noticed the exact same issue again—no improvement at all.
My vehicle is still under warranty, and apart from paying for the 30,000 km maintenance, I have not been charged anything related to this transmission problem. So far, I have only reported this issue to the Ümraniye Atmo service and have not yet contacted any other service center or Chery customer support.
I request that this issue be permanently resolved. If necessary, the vehicle should undergo a detailed inspection and any required part replacements should be carried out under warranty. This recurring fault has caused me significant inconvenience, and I expect Chery to fix it properly without delay.
