Chery Tiggo 8 Pro Rear Brake Noise and Oxidized Discs Not Covered Under Warranty

I own a 2024 Chery Tiggo 8 Pro, and since the day I bought it, there has been a constant noise coming from the rear brakes. When I first noticed the issue, I took the car to the authorized Chery Kaya service center. They only sprayed the brake pads and sent me on my way, but the problem continued. At the 15,000 km service, I pointed out that the rear brake discs had oxidized, but they told me it would not be covered under warranty and labeled it as user error.
I have already taken the car to service twice for this issue and also filed a complaint through Şikayetvar. Despite all my efforts, the rear brake discs have still not been replaced under warranty. I also contacted Chery customer service, but they told me that since 3 months had passed, the problem could not be covered by warranty.
Since this issue has been present from the very beginning and I firmly believe it is not due to user error, I demand that it be resolved under warranty and that my rear brake discs be replaced free of charge.
