Chery Tiggo 8 Pro Android Auto Issue


Although my Chery Tiggo 7 Pro Max has the ambient lighting feature and it was specifically highlighted as part of the purchase, I have never been able to use it since the day I received the car. For after-sales support, I contacted both the Ankara Tanoto dealership and the Erzurum Erdemir authorized service. At the service center, I was told that I needed to call Chery Turkey and request a software update. Both I and the friend who first purchased the car called Chery Turkey, but to this day no solution has been offered and no response has been given.
In addition, the car sometimes displays an ICCS error, which disappears after a short while. I also experience occasional screen freezing issues. All these problems have been ongoing since the very first day, despite my car still being under warranty, and no permanent solution has been provided so far.
My expectation from Chery Turkey is that the software update be performed and that all the functions in my car work completely and without problems. I request that my grievance be resolved.
