Kwai Won’t Let Me Withdraw My $41 Balance

I am unable to withdraw the money in my Kwai account. My account shows a balance of $41, and I would like to withdraw the full amount to my Ziraat Bank account. However, every time I attempt the withdrawal, I receive a message saying, “If the balance is insufficient, the withdrawal cannot be processed,” and the transaction does not go through.

I earned this balance by collecting coins within the app through my own effort. Being unable to access the money I rightfully earned is causing me hardship. I have not violated any rules, and I have not received any explanation as to why my account is restricted in this way.

I am requesting that Kwai immediately remove the withdrawal restriction on my account and allow me to transfer the full $41 balance to my Ziraat Bank account without any issues.
