LBank Not Letting Me Transfer My Bicity Coins

What is going on with LBank? Everyone seems to be having issues. I bought Bicity coin, which is listed on three exchanges. I tried to consolidate all my coins onto one exchange, but I can’t transfer my coins out of LBank. I receive the email verification code, but Google Authenticator keeps saying the code is incorrect.

I even sent an email and provided my MEXC wallet address, asking them to manually transfer my Bicity coins there, but I’ve received no response. There should be a global regulatory authority overseeing these exchanges and coins; otherwise, we’ll just be left having been robbed.
