My Chery Tiggo 7 Pro Still Has No Cluster Update After 2 Years

I purchased the Chery Tiggo 7 Pro Excellent package, and it’s now been two full years—yet the long-awaited digital cluster update still hasn’t arrived. For a brand that sells so many vehicles in Turkey, I expected far better after-sales support.
Owners are being forced to search for unofficial update files from various sources just to bring their instrument clusters up to date. Why is Chery ignoring such a basic request? How hard can it be to offer scheduled appointments at service centers for a proper update?
Chery, you’ve completely failed to meet expectations here. I chose your brand believing you were committed to customer satisfaction. Prove that now by releasing the official update and making it accessible through your authorized services—without more delays or excuses. I’m asking for immediate action.
