The issue with my vehicle has been resolved. First of all, I would like to thank sikayetvar.com, Chery, and Tekbaş employees for their attention.

I purchased my 2023 Chery Tiggo 8 Pro approximately a year ago from a used car dealership in Tekbaş, Adana in Turkey. I'm experiencing significant frustration due to the lack of Android Auto. This feature is particularly problematic on long trips and in everyday use. I've contacted both the dealership and Chery customer service numerous times regarding this issue. They explained that they're waiting for software from China and that no solution is currently available. However, despite my vehicle still being under warranty, no progress has been made for a year. My expectation is that the necessary software update be made as soon as possible and that Android Auto be added to our vehicle. I demand that this inconvenience be resolved and a clear solution be provided.
