In 2024, I made a €1 transaction through Cerebrum. However, after that purchase, another charge of $18 was made on December 26, 2024 at 2:01 PM from my Papara account linked Mastercard, without my approval.
When I contacted Cerebrum about this unauthorized charge, they told me that they could not issue a refund, and since that time I have not received any positive response or resolution.
I did not approve any additional services, nor did I sign any subscription, recurring payment authorization, or similar agreement.
I request that the $18 amount charged to my card without my permission be refunded to me as soon as possible.
