I am being charged €19.95 every few days by Cerebrum IQ through my PayPal account even though I never started or approved any membership or subscription with your service, and these withdrawals have been occurring since October 2024 without my clear consent. I did not authorize any recurring payments to Cerebrum IQ, nor was I informed that I was entering into a paid membership, and I consider these charges completely unauthorized and highly concerning. I request that all recurring payments and any membership or subscription connected to my information be stopped immediately and permanently, and I also demand a full refund of every €19.95 withdrawn from my account since October 2024, along with written confirmation that no further charges will be made.
