Cerebrum IQ Charged €29.99 Without My Consent – No Refund & Unwanted Subscription

I signed up for Cerebrum IQ’s 7-day trial, which clearly stated a charge of €1—I agreed to this and completed the payment successfully. However, immediately after, without my permission, they withdrew €29.99 from my account! I never authorized this charge, and Papara didn’t even ask for my approval before processing it.

I only intended to use the free trial and never opted for a full subscription. When I contacted their support team for a refund, they refused to help. Instead of addressing my complaint, they canceled my subscription without refunding my money. Even worse, my card was automatically saved to their system without my consent!

This is completely unacceptable. I demand a full refund for the unauthorized charge and for Cerebrum IQ to stop saving users’ payment information without permission. Fix this now!
