On July 22, 2025, at 9:15 PM, I made a purchase worth approximately ₺460 on the Cerebrum IQ website using my Papara bank card. The transaction was a mistake, and I realized it immediately after completing the payment. I didn’t use the product or service at all—not even once.
Right after the purchase, I contacted the company to request a refund, explaining that the order was placed in error and had not been accessed. However, I have yet to receive any confirmation or support regarding the cancellation.
I am requesting a full refund for the transaction, as the product remains completely unused. I expect Cerebrum IQ to take swift and responsible action and return the payment without further delay. Please don’t ignore this legitimate request.
