I spent ₺429.00 on the Castrol GTX Ultraclean 10W-40 A3/B4 4 Litre Motor Oil 2023 Special Offer. But the product I got was the Castrol Magnatec 10W-40 – 5 Litre Motor Oil 2023 Special Offer, and it cost ₺489.00. The response I got on WhatsApp was, "Why does this matter for being a good merchant?" Looks like they forgot to throw in that extra liter when they were packing it up.
