MoneyPay Overcharge Refund Demand

On May 8, 2024, I made a purchase for a 5-liter bottle of Komili sunflower oil for 90 ₺ from an advertisement on Facebook. Unfortunately, my MoneyPay account was charged 2,679.03 ₺ instead. Upon reaching out to Epttavm, they refuted the existence of the order and asserted that the account in question was fraudulent, placing the blame on MoneyPay. I kindly request a refund of my money and will consider filing a complaint with the prosecutor's office.
