Amazon Order Arrived Wrong and With Hidden Fees

I bought a pair of summer motorcycle gloves from Amazon Turkey for ₺845. Since Amazon handles customs and shipping for the products it sells, and this item was listed with free shipping, I wasn’t expecting to pay anything extra. However, the product that arrived looks nothing like the one shown in the listing. I waited 18 days, and it finally arrived on June 3, 2025, at 13:00. My brother received it on my behalf and called me while I was half asleep after a night shift. Not fully awake, I said “okay” on the phone, and PTT Cargo charged him an additional ₺520. I can’t help but feel like this was done in bad faith. When I contacted PTT customer service, they said they couldn’t see any fee details and told me to call Hatay İskenderun PTT Cargo. I tried calling both offices during working hours, but no one answered.
