Carrefour Is Not Shipping My Product
On Wednesday, April 9, I purchased a water heater (thermosyphon) from CarrefourSA via the Hepsiburada website. According to the standard delivery terms, the product was supposed to be shipped on April 10 and estimated to reach me by April 11. However, the item still has not been dispatched. I contacted CarrefourSA through the Hepsiburada system using the "message seller" feature, asking, "Are you putting a ribbon on the package or something? Why hasn't it been shipped yet?" They replied saying that they ship items within "1-3 business days." Despite this, the product still has not been shipped. We currently have no hot water at home and are unable to take showers. Ms. Güler S***, Chairwoman of Sabancı Holding, is a long-time customer of mine, and I have her personal contact information. Should I really have to embarrass myself by contacting her directly about this issue? Is this the only way CarrefourSA employees will properly fulfill their duties? I urgently expect the water heater to be shipped immediately.
