Although the shipping time was stated as 3-6 days, it has now been 16 days, and my order still hasn’t been shipped. Each time I try to contact customer service, I wait an average of 50 minutes, but the representatives have no information on whether my order has been shipped or its current status. Despite being told I would be contacted, it’s been 15 days, and no one has reached out or provided any updates.
I’m left with no one to turn to for answers, and this lack of communication is extremely frustrating. Buying from Karcher has been a regrettable experience due to this lack of support and follow-up. I expect immediate action and a resolution to this issue.
