Three Days, No Delivery from Carrefour, Mobile App Troublesome

tried out the CarrefourSA Mobile app for some online shopping, it's been the weirdest three days, and my expected delivery is nowhere in sight. I'm sitting at home, feeling like a victim of this ordeal, and to make matters worse, my grievances remain unattended to. The individuals I've tried to communicate with for assistance seem to be providing no real solutions. The concept of customer satisfaction appears to be a foreign one in this scenario, it's like they've never heard of it...This lack of responsiveness and service is definitely not in line with what one would expect from a reputable company like CarrefourSA.
