Carrefour Unresolved Broken Altus Al 445 Nx Dishwasher Complaint

I purchased the "Altus Al 445 Nx 5 Program Dishwasher" with order number 155378292 from the website on 03/03/2024. It was delivered to my address by the "Hepsijet" courier on 07/03/2024. On the same day, I scheduled a service appointment for installation. The service gave me an appointment for installation on the same day (07/03/2024), and the technician arrived. Upon unpacking for installation, we discovered that the upper tray of the dishwasher was broken. Additionally, when the electrical connection was made, the technician found that the main board of the machine was faulty. The service report, indicating these issues, was sent to me via SMS. On the same day (07/03/2024), I called Carrefour SA customer service at 444 1 000 to request a replacement for the machine. They asked for photos of the machine and the service report, which I provided via WhatsApp. Unfortunately, the process of resolving the issue has been fruitless. Despite numerous calls to customer service, each representative ends the call by saying, "I am opening a ticket to forward your request to the relevant department." As a result, the broken and faulty dishwasher remains in my home, with no resolution in sight. Carrefour SA seems incapable of resolving this issue even in the golden age of technology and communication, leaving its customers in distress.
