My Shipment Was Not Picked Up - All My Messages Were Ignored by Hepsijet

I created and purchased a shipment through the Geliver website using Hepsijet. I requested home pickup, but I never received an SMS or a call. I set up the shipment yesterday, and there has been no communication whatsoever. I called Hepsijet, but they showed no interest and simply redirected me to email support. I sent an email, but no one has responded. I called again twice today, and still no courier has shown up. I’m now embarrassed in front of the person I promised to send the package to—the parcel is still sitting at home. I expect an urgent response; otherwise, I want a full refund so I can send the package myself. This kind of carelessness is unacceptable.
