Telegram Support Not Responding – Unable to Recover Hacked Account

I have been facing a serious problem with my Telegram account registered to the phone number +91 78929 660** on my Android device. My account was hacked on 19 October. After about seven days, on 27 October, the account was restored, but afterward I have not been able to log in because the password was changed without my consent. When I try to sign in now, Telegram asks for a two‑step verification password that I do not know, so I am completely locked out of my own account. I have already submitted many complaints and contacted Telegram Support several times, but I have not received any positive or useful response, and the situation remains unresolved. I request that my identity and ownership of the account be verified and that my access be restored by resetting or removing the two‑step verification password so that the hacker’s access is fully revoked and I can safely use my Telegram account again.
